Pinecrest is looking for a dynamic, hands-on Studio Manager to lead our growing fitness community. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with a passion for fitness, sales, customer service, and community engagement. This is an in-studio leadership role requiring someone who is proactive, organized, dependable, and ready to step in wherever needed.

Expected Schedule Monday-Friday:

approximately 7:00 AM-12:30

PM Saturday OR Sunday:

approximately 8:30 AM-12:30

PM Community Outreach:

approximately 5-10 additional hours per week, outside regular in-studio hours, for local events, partnerships, lead generation, and community engagement Schedule flexibility is essential. The Studio Manager must be able to adjust their schedule and cover studio or coaching shifts when unexpected staffing changes or business needs arise, including occasional early mornings, afternoons, evenings (up to 8:30 PM), or additional weekend hours. Responsibilities Manage daily studio operations and deliver an exceptional member experience. Lead sales efforts, including lead follow-up, membership sales, promotions, and studio events. Build relationships with local businesses, organizations, schools, and community partners to generate awareness and leads. Recruit, onboard, train, schedule, and develop studio staff. Monitor studio and individual sales performance and work toward established goals. Maintain a clean, organized, welcoming, and high-energy studio environment. Foster a positive, accountable, team-oriented culture. Support marketing initiatives, member engagement, and retention efforts. Perform Fitness Coach duties when needed and support coaches in delivering an exceptional workout experience. Handle member and staff questions or concerns professionally and efficiently. Qualifications Strong leadership, management, and interpersonal skills. Previous management experience; health and fitness industry experience strongly preferred. Strong sales and customer-service skills. Excellent work ethic, integrity, professionalism, and reliability. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. Ability to multitask and effectively manage staff, members, and studio operations. Previous fitness coaching or instructor experience preferred. Nationally accredited training certification or B.A. in Exercise Science or related field preferred. Current CPR certification or ability to obtain it within three months of starting. Strong organizational, time-management, and computer skills, including Microsoft Office. Must be a team player and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
