This is a hands-on position for someone who understands pool systems and can assist customers, diagnose equipment issues, identify parts, and perform repairs. Responsibilities Assist with daily store operations, opening, and closing Work the repair counter and assist customers with troubleshooting Identify and source pool equipment parts quickly and accurately Repair pool cleaners, pumps, motors, and basic pool equipment Support retail sales and provide excellent customer service Maintain repair inventory and organization Help manage store staff and daily workflow Required Knowledge & Experience Strong understanding of: Pumps Filters Heaters Salt systems Automation systems Pool cleaners Motors and seals Experience Prior pool industry or repair counter experience preferred Strong sales and customer service skills preferred Must be dependable and able to work weekends Ideal Candidate Can identify parts and diagnose issues confidently Works well in a fast-paced environment Has a strong work ethic and leadership mindset Comfortable handling both technical and retail responsibilities
