Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and enthusiastic Playball Coach to inspire children through engaging sports and physical activities. In this role, you will lead dynamic, fun-filled sessions that promote physical development, teamwork, and confidence. Responsibilities Lead and organize age-appropriate sports activities such as soccer, basketball, climbing, martial arts, and swimming to encourage physical fitness and skill development Create a safe, inclusive, and motivating atmosphere for children during all sessions Demonstrate proper techniques for sports-specific skills and ensure children understand safety protocols including AED operation and first aid procedures Manage behavior effectively through positive reinforcement and clear communication to maintain a focused learning environment Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about their child's progress and address any questions or concerns professionally Collaborate with team members to develop innovative lesson plans that incorporate physical education principles and fun challenges Maintain equipment, ensure cleanliness of activity areas, and adhere to health club or gym safety standards Qualifications Prior experience working with children in sports coaching, teaching, or physical education settings Knowledge of various sports such as soccer, basketball, karate (martial arts), climbing, swimming, and general fitness training instruction Strong communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and team members Certification in first aid and CPR; Background check and Bright From the Start fingerprint process (to work with preschool aged children in Georgia) Experience managing behavior in group settings with patience and professionalism Ability to lead team activities confidently while demonstrating excellent leadership qualities Familiarity with health club or gym environments enhances your ability to deliver comprehensive coaching sessions Join us as a Playball Coach and be part of a vibrant team dedicated to inspiring children through active play! Pay:

$15.00 - $30.00 per hour Expected hours: 3.0 - 10.0 per week
