The studio is open, operating, and past the startup phase. We have a member base, a team, and a clear growth plan. What we need is a manager who can own the P&L results, lead the sales floor, and build a team culture that holds. This is not a caretaker role. You will be accountable for member growth, retention, and revenue. You'll have direct access to ownership, real authority over how the studio runs, and compensation that moves with performance. What you'll own Sales and growth Hit monthly membership goals — new sales, upgrades, and retention Run the daily guest pipeline: tours, appointments, follow-up, close Own lead response speed and follow-up cadence across web, walk-in, and phone Build and run a member referral engine Develop corporate wellness and local business partnerships Personally sell — the best managers in this business lead from the floor Team leadership Recruit, hire, train, and retain a team of sales associates Run daily huddles, weekly one-on-ones, and structured role-play and sales training Set clear individual KPIs and hold the team to them consistently Coach with data — closing rates, guest counts, follow-up completion Build the schedule and ensure full floor coverage with no gaps Create a culture people want to be part of and don't want to leave Operations Own the daily operating checklist, cleanliness, and equipment readiness Manage billing, freezes, cancellations, and save conversations Maintain accurate CRM and POS data Report daily and weekly results to ownership with real analysis, not just numbers Manage retail inventory and merchandising Handle member escalations directly and well Marketing and community Oversee studio social media and local visibility Execute in-studio and community events, pop-ups, and promotions Represent the studio in the local business community What we're looking for 2+ years managing a fitness studio, gym, or boutique fitness location. This is a hard requirement. We're not training someone into this seat. A track record you can point to — membership growth, retention improvement, or turning around an underperforming location Proven ability to lead a team well. Not just schedule them — develop them, hold them accountable, and keep them. Strong personal sales ability. You should be comfortable being the top closer in the building.
Comfort with numbers:
EFT, ARPM, closing rate, churn, cost per lead Organized and self-directed. Ownership is not on site daily. Available for a full-time in-studio schedule including some evenings and weekends CPR/AED/First Aid certification required (we'll certify you if needed) 21+ and legally authorized to work in the US Strong plus Franchise system experience Experience opening or scaling a location past its first year Bilingual (Spanish or Polish valued in our market) Compensation $55,000 - $65,000 base , depending on experience and demonstrated results Commission on personal membership sales Monthly performance bonus tied to studio membership and revenue targets Free membership and 35% retail discount Paid brand certification and ongoing training Genuine upside for the right operator — we're building toward multiple locations and want a leader who grows with us Hiring process Apply with a resume.
