Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY
The director position is responsible for assisting in planning, organizing, and supervising recreation and aquatic programs and events, and creating a productive environment which establishes positive working relationships with the school district and between staff members of the Parks and Recreation Departments. The director promotes a positive image while working closely with the school district, public, volunteers, local businesses and seasonal full and part-time staff.
