Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of the club, ensuring seamless coordination across departments including sales, membership services, fitness instruction, and facility management. Develop and implement strategic plans to drive membership growth, enhance member retention, and improve overall club performance. Manage budgeting, financial reporting, and resource allocation to maximize profitability and operational efficiency. Lead, mentor, and motivate staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. Establish and enforce policies and procedures to maintain high standards of safety, cleanliness, and customer service. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate reports for senior leadership to inform decision-making. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with members, staff, and external partners. Ability to analyze data and metrics to drive informed business decisions.
