Job Description
The National Council of Young Men's Christian Associations of the United States of America is searching for a Seasonal Summer Aquatics Director for the MetroWest YMCA Outdoor Center in Hopkinton. This dynamic role is designed for a mission-driven individual who excels in outdoor environments. The Director will supervise aquatics operations, lead lifeguards and swim instructors, and ensure safety while creating enriching experiences. Certifications in lifeguarding and CPR are mandatory, with preference given to those with additional credentials.
