- Ellicott CityResponsibilitiesCreate Your Own ScheduleOur PRN Flex Pool puts you in control:
- 8-hour or 16-hour shifts
- Minimum of 5 shifts per month
- Must work in at least two different Lorien facilitiesPerfect for GNAs seeking work-life balance, supplemental income, or professional variety.
- Provide direct resident care in accordance with nursing standards and facility policies
- Accurately document care in EMR/EHR systems (PCC experience preferred)
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA and healthcare regulations
- Deliver compassionate, resident-centered care in long-term care, assisted living, and nursing home settings Qualifications Ability to safely lift, push, and pull up to 25-50 pounds as part of daily job responsibilities, with or without reasonable accommodation. To join the Lorien PRN Flex Pool, you'll need:
- Active Maryland CNA I (GNA) license
- Out-of-state CNAs are eligible for Maryland endorsement reimbursement
- 2+ years of direct GNA experience
- Current BLS or CPR certification
- Reliable, professional communication
