Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Project Manager to oversee Pool & Outdoor Construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent communication skills, and a passion for landscape design and construction.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning:
Develop detailed project packets, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
Client Interaction:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their vision is realized and their needs are met throughout the project.
Team Leadership:
Coordinate and manage cross-functional teams, including sales, design, production, and subcontractors.
Site Management:
Oversee daily operations on job sites, ensuring quality control, safety compliance, and adherence to project specifications.
Budget Management:
Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and implement cost-saving measures while maintaining quality standards.
Scheduling:
Create and manage project schedules, ensuring timely delivery of milestones and completion of projects.
Problem Solving:
Identify potential project challenges and develop effective solutions to keep projects on track.
Reporting:
Provide regular project updates to stakeholders, including clients and company leadership, ensuring transparency and effective communication.
Qualifications:
Project management experience in the pool construction industry is required. Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture, Horticulture, Project Management, Construction Management or a related field preferred. Strong understanding of swimming pool design principles and construction practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Bilingual in Spanish and English, with strong verbal and written communication abilities in both languages preferred. Proficient in business management/project management software and Google Workspace. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. PMP certification or similar project management credentials is a plus.
