General responsibilities frequently include:

• Teaching excellent movement-based classes to children 4 months to 12 years
• Recruiting, training, and leading a high-performing team of instructors and support staff, fostering a culture of teamwork, engagement, and continuous improvement
• Driving business growth through effective marketing strategies, community outreach, and partnership development
• Managing customer relations, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention, and address parent concerns with sensitivity and professionalism
