Serve as primary point of contact for artists, agents, promoters, production companies, vendors, and other external entertainment partners. Coordinate even logistics, including production requirements, artist needs, hospitality, schedules, staffing, credentials, transportation, and venue readiness. Develop and maintain detailed event timelines, production schedules, run-of-show documents, and other planning materials. Collaborate with internal departments - including Marketing, Casino Operations, Facilities, and Security - to ensure successful event execution. Conduct pre-event planning meetings and post-event reviews to identify opportunities for operational improvement and enhance future events. Monitor event budgets, expenses, purchase orders, invoices, and other financial commitments to ensure programming remains within approved financial parameters. Review contracts, riders, technical requirements, and other event-related documentation and ensure applicable requirements are communicated to the appropriate internal teams. Coordinate with production and technical teams regarding staging, lighting, sound, video, rigging, power, and other venue requirements. Ensure artists and production personnel receive a high level of hospitality and professional service consistent with Sound Board standards. Manage event-day operations and serve as a visible management presence before, during, and after performances. Respond promptly and effectively to unexpected issues or changes during events, exercising sound judgment to protect the guest experience, artist experience, and operational integrity of the venue. Monitor attendance, guest feedback, event performance, and other relevant metrics and make recommendations to improve future programming. Ensure events are conducted in compliance with company policies, venue standards, applicable laws and regulations, and health and safety requirements. Assist with identifying and evaluating new entertainment opportunities that support the property's strategic objectives and brand. Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
