Fitness Manager:

Promote a healthy community culture for all residents and employees. Oversee operations of the fitness center and programming. Orient and train residents and staff on the use of the fitness center equipment. Provide individual and group educational opportunities for residents and staff Actively recruit new fitness memberships both internally and externally Lead daily resident classes and trainings. Perform assessments and create wellness programming. Assist with preparing and distributing monthly calendars. Plan and execute diverse and engaging programs to meet the needs of our diverse resident population Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have: High school diploma or GED required Associate's degree preferred Experience in fitness management and/or personal training.
