We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Club Manager to lead our recently remodeled Grand Ave Anytime Fitness club in St. Paul, Minnesota. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing fitness brand and manage a beautiful, fully updated facility in an outstanding location. About the Club Our Grand Ave St. Paul club has recently undergone a complete remodel and looks fantastic. With modern equipment, upgraded amenities, and a highly visible location, the club is positioned for continued growth and success. We're looking for a manager who can capitalize on this momentum and take the club to the next level. Responsibilities Drive membership sales and revenue growth through lead generation, community outreach, and sales presentations Deliver an exceptional member experience and maintain a welcoming club environment Manage day-to-day club operations Recruit, train, and motivate staff and personal trainers Monitor club performance and key business metrics Develop relationships with local businesses and community organizations Handle member concerns professionally and promptly Ensure the club is clean, organized, and operating at the highest standards Support retention efforts and member engagement initiatives Qualifications Previous sales, fitness, retail, hospitality, or management experience preferred Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals Strong leadership and communication skills Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented Passion for health, fitness, and helping others succeed Ability to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends Proficiency with basic computer systems and CRM software What We Offer Competitive base salary Performance-based bonuses and incentives Health and wellness benefits Complimentary gym membership Ongoing training and professional development Career growth opportunities within a growing organization The opportunity to lead a newly remodeled club in the prime Grand Ave St. Paul location Why Join Anytime Fitness?
