Job Description
The Pool Manager is the leader at the facility. The Manager is ultimately responsible for: keeping the facility safe, enforcing rules, ensuring the facility is clean, monitoring membership, pool maintenance, record keeping, staff oversight, staff scheduling, event coordination and direct public relations. The Manager should be motivated, strong leader, attentive, organized, decision maker, and possess strong communication skills. All Pool Managers are required to be current in Lifeguard, CPR, and First Aid Certifications.
