Starting at $55,000/year + performance/growth incentives Help Us Redefine Healthcare STAT Wellness is the nation's first Functional Medicine + Movement clinic — combining boutique fitness, physical therapy, functional medicine, recovery, and clinical nutrition all under one roof. With 8 locations and growing, our mission is simple: Help people achieve lasting health through personalized, evidence-based, root-cause-focused care. We believe movement is medicine. We're looking for a passionate, high-energy Movement Manager to help lead and grow our newest Charlotte location. This is more than a trainer role. It's an opportunity to build community, change lives, lead a team, and help shape the future of wellness. The Role As Movement Manager, you'll lead the Movement department while serving as a coach, motivator, relationship builder, and growth driver for the Charlotte clinic. You'll work closely with our providers, physical therapists, dietitians, health coaches, and leadership team to create an exceptional member experience rooted in results, education, and human connection.
Responsibilities Include:
Coaching high-energy small group fitness classes Delivering personal training services and movement assessments Performing InBody scans, VO2 + Zone 2 assessments Supporting member onboarding, retention, and accountability Hiring, developing, and managing Movement staff Building relationships with local businesses and referral partners Supporting corporate wellness partnerships and community outreach Driving lead generation, membership growth, and member engagement Collaborating with the Movement Director and SVP of Growth to expand the Charlotte market What We're Looking For We want someone who genuinely believes in our mission and thrives in a fast-paced, people-centered environment.

Qualifications:
