Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to, engaging in accreditation procedures, program assessment and service to the department, College and University as needed.
Administrative
- Collaborate with members of the business community to improve programs, to develop new programs, and to provide student access to learning opportunities such as internships.
- Supervise undergraduate or graduate teaching, internship, and research work.
- Serve on academic or administrative committees that deal with institutional policies, departmental matters, and academic issues.
- Participate in student recruitment, registration, and placement activities.
- Participate in campus and community events.
Primary Function of Organizational Unit The primary purpose of this organizational unit is to operate a 10-thousand watt FM radio station, which will provide education and training services to students, and provide information and entertainment services to the community at large. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent skills and experience. Experience/skills in broadcast engineering will be preferred. Preferred Years Experience, Skills, Training, Education Four years of progressive experience in broadcast radio and media environment management.
