RockBox is positioned for rapid growth, and the seasoned leadership team seeks motivated business development executives to bring RockBox to the wider US market and beyond.
Role:
General Manager with opportunity for multi-unit management
Job Responsibilities:
Lead and coordinate initial and ongoing sales drivers (Member events, studio events, and outreach, promotions). Be the studio sales leader, driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets. Train and develop staff to become top sales performers, providing ongoing coaching and support. Work directly with the Head Trainer to increase studio utilization and workout traffic. Provide and maintain a high level of customer service. Training and development for all staff, including daily role-playing. Overseeing the sales and operational systems. Coordinate and lead monthly team meetings. Model all studio activities through self-involvement (leading by example). Member issue resolution. Responsible for staffing requirements within the studio. Resolving any staff issues. Staff scheduling. Studio Cleanliness. Responsible for studio lead acquisition. Attend and participate in workouts weekly.
Additional Responsibilities and Opportunities:
In addition to the single studio General Manager position, there is the possibility for future multi-unit management opportunity for someone with a proven track record of multi-unit management and multi-unit staffing. The individual who is selected for single or multi-unit management must have a proven sales track record with examples of quickly staffing a top sales team to drive results. The perfect candidate MUST have a significant and provable background in hiring and training a sales staff and leading a top-performing sales team while also leading their staff in sales.
Requirements:
Self-starter with a hustler mentality. Excellent sales, management, and administrative skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Enthusiastic, energetic, personable, and friendly disposition. Passion for health and wellness. Team player. Results-driven and sales-savvy. Experience leading and managing others.
Benefits:
Top performers salary with commissions and bonuses can earn between $65-$75k Uncapped commission structure allowing you to create your own paycheck. Monthly management bonus opportunities based on meeting monthly KPI targets.
