Job Description
About the Role The Regional Manager oversees operations, performance, and leadership across multiple fitness club locations within an assigned region. This role is responsible for driving club performance, developing strong leadership teams, and ensuring a consistent, high-quality member experience across all locations. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced, member-focused environment and is passionate about team development, operational excellence, and creating a positive club culture. What You'll Do Lead, coach, and develop General Managers and club leadership teams Maintain an active recruiting pipeline and build a strong bench for key roles Identify and develop internal talent to support growth and succession planning Oversee daily club operations to ensure consistency in service, cleanliness, and execution Conduct regular club visits, operational audits, and performance check-ins Partner with club leadership to drive membership growth, retention, and overall performance Monitor staffing, scheduling, and labor management across assigned clubs Resolve escalated member concerns and support service improvements Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and employment practices Partner with HR on employee relations, accountability, and performance management What We're Looking For 3+ years of multi-unit leadership experience in fitness, wellness, hospitality, retail, or similar service environment Proven ability to lead managers and drive operational performance across multiple locations Strong leadership, communication, coaching, and organizational skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, member-facing, customer service-driven environment Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required Ability to travel between club locations on a business-needs basis What We Offer Competitive base salary Bonus opportunity based on performance Health insurance Paid time off 401(k) program Growth and advancement opportunities Complimentary gym membership Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Frequent movement throughout club environments Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally, with or without reasonable accommodation
