Job Description

Position Overview OsteoStrong Red Bank is seeking a dependable, hands-on Studio Operations Manager to lead daily operations, support staff performance and help drive member satisfaction, retention and growth. The ideal candidate has management experience in the health, fitness, wellness, boutique fitness, physical therapy, chiropractic, medical fitness or membership-based service industry . Responsibilities Manage daily studio operations, staff schedules and team accountability. Lead staff meetings, coaching and performance follow-up. Conduct consultations and support membership sales. Monitor leads, follow-up, close rates, cancellations and retention. Resolve member concerns and improve the overall member experience. Ensure accurate CRM notes, documentation and task completion. Track weekly performance and provide updates to ownership. Assist with hiring, onboarding and staff training. Qualifications 3+ years of management or team leadership experience. Health, fitness or wellness industry experience strongly preferred. Experience with sales, memberships or appointment-based services. Strong communication, organization and problem-solving skills. Reliable in-person attendance and professional leadership presence. Experience working with older adults or longevity-focused clients is a plus. Growth Opportunity This role will initially focus on our Westfield location, with the opportunity to grow into a senior or multi-location leadership position based on performance.
Pay:
