StretchLab Area Manager (Oversees 3 Studios in Albuquerque)

General Managers, Lead Flexologists, Sales Associates, Flexologist Teams (across 3 studios) Position Summary The District Manager (DM) is responsible for the overall performance, growth, and operational excellence of multiple StretchLab studios. This role ensures that each location meets or exceeds monthly revenue targets, maintains brand consistency, and delivers an exceptional client experience. The DM drives results through leadership, accountability, training, and community engagement — all while upholding StretchLab's mission of increasing freedom through assisted stretching. Core Responsibilities1. Operational Leadership Oversee daily operations and performance metrics across all assigned studios. Ensure consistent implementation of brand standards, systems, and protocols. Conduct regular studio visits, team check-ins, and monthly audits. Review and analyze financial reports, P&L statements, and KPI dashboards to drive growth. Ensure studios maintain compliance with health, safety, and corporate requirements. 2. Sales and Revenue Growth Develop and execute strategies to achieve 10% month-over-month revenue growth across studios. Partner with GMs to create local marketing initiatives, outreach programs, and referral campaigns. Monitor intro conversion rates, trial follow-ups, and membership sales performance. Coach teams on lead generation, pipeline management, and retention best practices. 3. Team Development & Leadership Recruit, onboard, and train new General Managers and key studio roles. Conduct weekly GM meetings and bi-weekly all-staff calls or trainings. Lead performance reviews, goal setting, and performance improvement plans. Foster a culture of accountability, communication, and team recognition. Ensure staff adherence to StretchLab standards for professionalism, scheduling, and service. 4. Member Experience & Retention Oversee member retention strategies and ensure attrition remains below 6% . Monitor client feedback, Google reviews; address any concerns quickly. Support the execution of community events, local partnerships, and member appreciation activities. 5. Reporting & Communication Deliver monthly reports summarizing performance, staffing, revenue, and community activity. Maintain open communication between GMs, owner, and corporate StretchLab HQ. Ensure all studios maintain accurate documentation Qualifications Minimum 3-5 years of management experience in fitness, wellness, or franchise operations. Proven success in multi-unit management or equivalent leadership role. Strong understanding of P&L, sales performance, and KPI analysis. Excellent communication, organization, and people-management skills. Passion for wellness, community engagement, and the StretchLab mission. Proficiency in ClubReady( CRM), Google Suite, and basic reporting tools. Studio Compensation Base Salary:
$75,000
Performance Bonus:
Up to $30,000/year based on growth, retention, and staffing metrics (see DM pay structure).
