Job Description:
The Head Women's Swimming and Diving Coach is responsible for the operation and management of all aspects of a Division I Women's Swimming and Diving program. This position also serves as the Aquatics Director. Responsibilities Women's Swimming and Diving Program Oversee practice planning and competition preparation. Recruit prospective student-athletes. Support and enhance student-athlete development. Ensure compliance with NCAA, conference, and institutional rules and regulations. Manage external relations and other activities related to the Women's Swimming and Diving program. Aquatics Director Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Hiring, training, and supervising lifeguard staff. Managing pool rentals and facility usage. Overseeing general pool maintenance. Coordinating pool scheduling and operations. This position is responsible for promoting the success of the Women's Swimming and Diving program while ensuring the effective management and operation of the institution's aquatics facilities.
Job Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree. Minimum of 1 year swimming/diving coaching experience. Valid Driver's License. Certifications in CPR and lifeguard training.
Preferred Qualifications:
Collegiate swimming/diving coaching experience Knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification

Salary:
$65,360 The hiring salary above represents the University's good faith estimate at the time of posting in compliance with the Albany County Salary Transparency Law. Siena University offers a generous benefit package to eligible full-time employees.
