Fitness Manager

• Provide leadership and guidance to fitness staff, including training, scheduling, and performance management
• Ensure a safe and clean fitness environment by enforcing facility policies and procedures
• Collaborate with other departments to promote fitness events
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in fitness management ```Skills```
• Strong sales skills with the ability to promote and sell fitness memberships
• Proficiency in using a point-of-sale (POS) system for transactions
• Experience supervising a team of employees, including conducting employee orientations and providing ongoing training
• Knowledge of retail math principles for inventory management and sales forecasting
• Proven track record in sales management, including setting sales goals, tracking performance, and implementing strategies to drive revenue growth
• Ability to identify target markets and develop marketing strategies to attract new members
• Experience in recruiting, hiring, and training staff
