Job Description

Position Summary The General Manager is responsible for the overall success of the HOTWORX Corvallis studio. This leader oversees sales performance, team development, member experience, marketing initiatives, and daily operations while fostering a positive, high-performance culture. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who enjoys leading people, building relationships, and achieving measurable results. Responsibilities Lead all day-to-day studio operations. Drive membership sales and achieve monthly revenue goals. Recruit, hire, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Training Sales Associates. Create an exceptional member experience by delivering outstanding customer service and promptly resolving member concerns. Develop and execute local marketing initiatives, community partnerships, and outreach events to increase brand awareness and membership growth. Monitor key performance indicators including sales, retention, labor, and studio profitability. Schedule and manage staff to ensure excellent coverage and operational efficiency. Maintain studio cleanliness, organization, and compliance with company standards. Promote a positive, motivating culture focused on accountability, teamwork, and professional development. Prepare reports, budgets, and operational updates for ownership. Ensure compliance with all company policies, safety procedures, and brand standards. Continuously identify opportunities to improve operations and enhance the member experience.
Pay:
$45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
