Traxler Management Inc. is a locally owned restaurant group operating neighborhood bars, restaurants, brew pubs, and gathering places across Oregon. As we continue to grow our entertainment programming, we're looking for creative, driven Entertainment & Events Managers in the Eugene and Springfield market to help build memorable experiences throughout the area. We're not looking for someone who checks every box on a resume. We're looking for people with hustle, creativity, and the drive to make things happen. Whether it's booking live music, organizing a community fundraiser, promoting an event, or building local partnerships, you'll help create experiences that bring people together and keep our locations connected to the communities they serve. What You'll Do Entertainment Booking & Programming Research, coordinate, and schedule live music, DJs, trivia, comedy, and other entertainment Build relationships with local musicians, performers, promoters, and community organizations Help identify entertainment that fits each location's unique personality and guest base Maintain entertainment calendars and event schedules Continuously look for new ideas and opportunities to drive traffic and excitement Events & Community Engagement Help organize special events, fundraisers, tournaments, watch parties, and community gatherings Build relationships with local businesses, organizations, and community leaders Seek out opportunities for partnerships and collaborations Attend and support key events when needed Help create memorable experiences that keep guests coming back Marketing & Promotion Assist with promoting events through social media and community outreach Create excitement around upcoming entertainment and special events Help identify creative ways to increase awareness and attendance Work alongside ownership and leadership to grow our entertainment presence What We're Looking For Passion for music, live entertainment, community events, or local culture Strong self-motivation and ability to work independently Creative thinker who enjoys generating new ideas Comfortable building relationships and networking within the community Organized and able to manage multiple projects at once Willingness to roll up your sleeves and do whatever it takes to make an event successful Positive attitude and strong communication skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment Bonus Points If You Have Experience organizing events of any kind Connections within music, entertainment, nonprofit, or community organizations Social media or content creation experience Marketing, promotions, or sales experience Experience coordinating volunteers, teams, or community projects Experience in the hospitality industry Why Join Us Opportunity to help build something from the ground up Significant autonomy and creative freedom Ability to make a direct impact on our communities and business Work alongside a passionate and entrepreneurial leadership team If you're someone who gets excited about live music, community events, and creating memorable experiences, we'd love to hear from you.
