About the Role Fast-track Management We are looking for a high-energy, organized, and service-driven Club Operations Manager to join our team! This position is perfect for someone who takes initiative, thrives in a leadership role, and is passionate about providing an exceptional fitness experience. As an Assistant Club Operations Manager, you will oversee daily club operations, ensuring the facility is clean, well-maintained, and running efficiently, working alongside our Club Operations Manager as a mentor for development. You will lead and develop a strong team, create a fun and friendly atmosphere for members, and drive revenue through excellent customer service and operational efficiency. What You'll Do
- Lead & Develop Your Team
- Train, motivate, and mentor staff to uphold LA Fitness standards and deliver outstanding service.
- Create an Exceptional Member Experience Ensure the club is clean, welcoming, and fully operational, providing members with an enjoyable and hassle-free fitness environment.
- Drive Revenue & Business Growth
- Assist with membership sales, retention efforts, and additional revenue streams to support club profitability.
- Take Initiative
- Identify opportunities to improve operations, enhance service, and boost team performance.
- Maintain Club Standards
- Oversee daily facility maintenance, safety, and cleanliness to ensure a top-tier fitness experience.
- Deliver Excellence in Service
- Resolve member concerns with professionalism, friendliness, and a solutions-focused mindset. What We're Looking For

- Previous leadership or management experience preferred
