RESPONSIBILITIES

Help cultivate a team environment that provides exceptional customer service while directing the team and ensuring all staff members perform consistently according to facility policies and procedures. Assist in hiring, staff retention, coaching, and redirecting. Develop weekly schedules and ensure staffing levels and lead coverage are appropriate to meet the needs of the business and maximize the customer experience. Lead and influence staff through compelling motivation, leveraging individual strengths to ensure customer satisfaction and maximum productivity. Help with the execution of all employee recognition and incentive programs as directed. Maintain a safe, clean, and secure environment for all guests and staff. Responsible for operational safety and inspection through attention to detail and adherence to Treetop Quest company and ACCT operating standards. Community outreach and participation with local organizations, Help develop and drive retail business. Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

Experience in hospitality is helpful (Theme Parks, Family Entertainment Centers, Hotels, Resorts, Casinos, or Restaurants) Experience in the high ropes/adventure park/zip line field is helpful 1 year of supervisory or management experience required Experience in sales and CRM management helpful Ability to pass a thorough background check Demonstrated ability to develop team members in areas of responsibility Must be professional, energetic, self-motivated, able to motivate others, and have a positive attitude! Computer skills- Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Google suite Professional grooming and conduct must be constantly displayed to set an example for staff Adaptability, flexibility, and general enthusiasm for the business Strong communication skills; ability to write and verbally communicate in a clear and concise manner Willing to learn and adapt to changes or challenges Ability to establish working relationships with all employees, management, and vendors Appreciation of diversity (thought, ethnicity, gender, etc.) We work while others play! Must be able and willing to work weekends, evenings, and holidays CPR/First Aid Certification
