They create a clean, fun, and friendlyenvironment by training and motivating their staff. They also generate revenue, keep a clean, and well maintained club, all while providing great customer service. The opportunity is always there to be promoted and grow into higher management roles such as Member Service Manager, Area Manager, and District Manager. They are full time, receive paid vacation, full medical benefits, vision benefits, and dental benefits as well. Club Managers are paid hourly, plus commissions, plus bonuses, and receive a complimentary membership. Duties Lead and supervise all club operations, including staff management, facility upkeep, and sales generation. Develop and implement operational procedures to optimize efficiency and enhance member experiences. Oversee event planning and management, ensuring seamless execution of activities and functions at the venue. Manage budgets, monitor expenses, and handle cash transactions accurately while maintaining financial integrity. Supervise staff scheduling, shift management, and performance evaluations to foster a motivated team environment. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations by conducting regular safety checks and maintaining first aid and CPR certifications. Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and external partners to support club events and operational needs. Prepare detailed reports on club activities, financial performance, and operational challenges for senior management review. Qualifications Proven experience in (personal experience) or related hospitality roles with demonstrated leadership capabilities. Extensive experience in events management within an event venue or resort setting. Strong management skills with a background in staff supervision and team management. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite for report writing, scheduling, and communication purposes. Excellent managerial communication skills to effectively liaise with staff, guests, and external partners. Solid customer service background with a focus on guest satisfaction and hospitality standards. Experience in shift management, operational oversight, budgeting, and cash handling. Technical proficiency in managing operational systems relevant to club or resort environments. Supervising experience with the ability to make managerial decisions confidently under pressure. Knowledge of resort or hospitality industry best practices is highly desirable. Assistant manager experience or similar managerial roles preferred to ensure smooth transition into leadership responsibilities.
