The ideal candidate will possess a passion for sports, physical activity, and youth development, combined with exceptional leadership skills. As Cheer Director, you will oversee all aspects of cheerleading activities, from training routines to team cohesion, ensuring a positive and motivating environment for participants of all ages. This role offers an exciting opportunity to foster teamwork, boost confidence, and promote healthy lifestyles through dynamic cheerleading programs. Duties Assist with monitoring our parent group chats to ensure coaches are posting updates and responding to parent messages and concerns. Run Weekly Location Attendance Reports for Safari Cheer Locations including student and staff attendance. Attend weekly location cheer staff meetings and provide direction and oversight as needed. Get an pulse on parent engagement Coaches Evaluations Welcome New/Incoming Cheerleaders Periodically check onsite once or twice a month at cheer location within your region. Assist Editing/Updating Cheer curriculum for coaches as needed. Ability to demonstrate cheerleading techniques and lead physical activities confidently across various age groups.
