Overview We are actively seeking high-energy, driven individuals for our Manager in Training (MIT) Fast Track Program. What You'll Do As an MIT, you will train directly under senior leadership and gain hands-on experience in: Membership Sales & Revenue Growth Drive new membership sales and hit daily/weekly targets Execute proven sales systems and closing strategies Build value through club tours and fitness consultations Team Leadership & Development Recruit, train, and coach sales and service staff Lead from the front with energy, accountability, and execution Help build a high-performance, results-driven culture Operations & Business Management Manage daily club operations and member experience Monitor KPIs, reporting, and performance metrics Ensure standards are met across all departments What We're Looking For We're targeting candidates who bring a blend of sales ability, leadership potential, and people skills: 1-3+ years of experience in: Sales (preferred) Fitness industry (a plus) Customer service / hospitality Strong communication and closing skills Competitive mindset with a drive to win Leadership mentality — you don't wait, you take initiative Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-based environment Compensation & Growth Competitive base + performance bonuses Fast-track promotion opportunities based on performance Clear path to: Assistant Manager General Manager Regional Leadership Top performers advance quickly — this is a merit-based environment.
