This is a leadership position for someone who thrives in sales, enjoys developing people, and has a genuine passion for helping kids reach their full potential. As the Assistant General Manager, you'll partner with the General Manager to oversee daily operations, drive membership sales, develop a high-performing coaching team, and deliver an exceptional experience for every family that walks through our doors. This role combines leadership, sales, customer service, operations, and coaching to ensure the center achieves its goals. Recruit, hire, train, and develop an outstanding coaching team. Create a positive, energetic, and accountable culture. Coach and mentor team members for continued growth. Lead by example in professionalism, work ethic, and customer service. Sales Drive membership sales through phone calls, trial classes, referrals, and community outreach. Follow up with leads quickly using our CRM. Meet and exceed monthly sales goals. Convert trial members into long-term members. Build relationships with families to increase retention. Operations Help oversee daily operations of the center. Ensure the facility is clean, organized, and operating at KidStrong standards. Assist with scheduling, staffing, inventory, and center maintenance. Help execute birthday parties, camps, and special events. Monitor center KPIs and support business growth. Coaching Coach KidStrong classes when needed. Deliver high-energy classes focused on Brain, Physical, and Character development. Build meaningful relationships with children and parents. Ensure every child has an incredible experience. QualificationsRequired 2+ years of management or leadership experience 2+ years of sales experience with proven results Outstanding communication skills Strong organizational and time management skills Passion for working with children and families Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude with a growth mindset Willingness to work evenings and weekends Preferred Fitness, youth sports, education, or child development experience Retail, hospitality, or membership sales experience CPR Certification (or willingness to obtain) Experience leading high-performing teams Who You Are You're someone who: Loves leading and developing people.
