Pool Manager Lucky Arrow Dripping Springs, TX Job Details Part-time $23.60 - $28.42 an hour 10 hours ago Qualifications Lifeguard Training Resort Outdoor work Cleaning Stocking Full Job Description We're looking for a reliable, friendly Pool Manager to oversee our resort pool area on weekends. You'll be the go-to person for guest safety, pool cleanliness, and a great poolside experience. No experience required, we'll train the right person. What You'll Do Monitor the pool area to ensure guest safety and adherence to pool rules Perform basic water quality checks and chemical testing (training provided) Keep the pool deck clean, organized, and stocked with towels and essentials Greet guests warmly and assist with any poolside needs or questions Set up and break down lounge chairs, umbrellas, and pool accessories Communicate any maintenance issues or safety concerns to the on-site manager Enforce capacity limits and pool hours in a friendly, professional manner What We're Looking For 18 years or older Comfortable around water and in an outdoor environment (Texas summers included) Friendly, calm under pressure, and good with people of all ages Reliable, this role is Friday through Sunday, and showing up matters Lifeguard certification preferred but not required Previous customer service, hospitality, or outdoor recreation experience is a bonus, not a requirement
Schedule & Compensation Schedule:
Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays (hours vary by season; typically 10 AM - 7 PM) Part-time / Seasonal position, ideal for students, second jobs, or anyone who loves weekends outdoors Competitive hourly pay based on experience Tips from happy guests are common Beautiful work environment in the
