Full Job Description Schedule:
This role includes weekday evenings and weekend mornings. KidsUnited is the leading brand in early childhood development through soccer. We're seeking a Manager to lead presale efforts to build a core membership base and once open, foster a culture of learning and development for both the coaches and the families that attend the program. The General Manager is an outgoing, goal-oriented, welcoming, and engaging leader who is focused on defining goals, training and developing their team, and delivering exceptional experiences for students, families, and staff. The role requires someone who is interested in center operations, driving sales and being a leader in staff development, curriculum delivery, and customer service. Applicants should have a passion for working with children, prior management experience, experience in membership-based sales, and an outgoing personality to engage with families and create an exciting culture. Previous experience in athletics, coaching and working with children is a plus. This full-time role requires flexibility (including evenings and weekends.) The General Manager will supervise all staff and work closely with the Owner and the Franchisor.Key Responsibilities:
Drive Growth & Business Performance- Create monthly KPIs and execute membership sales strategies to drive membership and revenue growth
- Analyze conversion rates, retention, and revenues to optimize performance.
- Develop and implement business-to-business relationships and local marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness within the community
- Build and maintain a family-oriented atmosphere in the facility for all Lead & Develop a KidsUnited Team
- Recruit and coach a team of highly motivated and energized staff. This includes sales associates and coaches
- Set clear performance expectations and hold the team accountable for results. Quality control to optimize the class experience
- Foster a culture of service, excellence, and enthusiasm—everyone on the team should exude the KidsUnited culture
- Ensure classes are performed optimally with an energetic and engaging atmosphere
- Coach between 5-8 classes per week Deliver Unparalleled Customer Experiences
- Be the face of your club
- All staff and families should see you as a leader who fosters the KidsUnited culture in everything they do. Be very friendly and highly engaging
- Ensure every class is held to the highest standard and that coaches and staff perform above and beyond expectations.
- Address parent concerns, manage feedback, and continuously improve the customer journey.
- Ensure the facility is clean, safe, and operating at the highest standard. Operational Excellence & Execution
- Perform and oversee daily tasks to ensure club efficiency and growth
- Manage staff schedules, conduct payroll
- Compliance with all KidsUnited processes and standards

Preferred Experience:
- Soccer background
- Any personal or professional experience with soccer is a plus. Coaching or early childhood education
- Experience working with kids in a coaching or teaching setting is highly valued, especially with ages 1.
Pay:
$23.00- $30.
