Available Benefits Help for . Manage or coordinate fitness and wellness programs and services. Manage and train staff of wellness specialists, health educators, or fitness instructors. Develops, instructs, schedules and promotes wellness programs within the facility and out in the community. Supervisors fitness staff, creates staff schedules for instructors and coverage of fitness center. Acts as Liaison between the fitness center, cardiac rehab and physical therapy departments.
Operate and instruct others in proper operation of fitness equipment. Group fitness certification preferred. Associate or Bachelor in fitness/health preferred.
