Paid time off Entertainment Manager Requirements & Qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience in FEC (Family Entertainment Center) management or a related role. Required state alcohol-server and Manager ServSafe Certification. Strong leadership abilities with a proven track record of managing teams effectively. Entertainment Manager Preferred Background & Skills Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Entertainment Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities Manage all aspects of in-house gaming and attractions. Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue and enhance guest engagement through promotions and special events. Ensure the cleanliness, maintenance, and functionality of gaming equipment, coordinating repairs as necessary. Hire, train, and supervise staff, providing ongoing support to maintain high customer service standards. Monitor inventory levels for redemption prizes and supplies, ordering replenishments as needed. Analyze sales and attendance data to identify trends and adjust strategies to meet business objectives. Stay current on industry trends and best practices to enhance the guest experience. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards, maintaining a safe environment for guests and team members.
