We are searching for a qualified and experienced Swimming Pool Field Manager. This person will have verifiable experience and be able to maintain a professional approach to managing the day-to-day operations of pool services. DUTIES

• Assist service technicians with the start of their day ensuring they have the proper supplies for their routes. This person will be responsible for communicating all matters with the service technicians so that their day is set up for success.
• Contact customers for scheduling additional services or addressing questions/concerns that may have come into the office.
• Making chemical orders for service technicians
• Perform quality control and damage control visits. This may require you to diagnose an issue with a pool, correct a mistake made by a service technician or instruct a service technician to return to the pool to correct their mistake(s).
• Perform filter cleanings, salt cell cleanings and/or other services.
• This position may require a person to carry as little as 5 pools or an entire route temporarily. This position also serves as on overflow for if a service technician cannot make it to work or loses their employment. It is critical for this position to have a healthy ability to forecast issues and prevent them before they occur.
• Conduct weekly meetings with service technicians.
• Provide training for new or current technicians.
• Conduct bi-weekly vehicle inspections and equipment inspections.

A report will be required for these inspections. This position will also have the ability to learn how to manage remodels. Once experience is to a sufficient requirement, additional compensation will be available for project supervision. A professional and problem solving attitude is mandatory here.

Pay:

$850.00
