Infrared sauna, cold plunge, and contrast therapy on the recovery side. Red Light Pilates, Red Light Yoga, Mat Pilates, and Yoga on the movement side. We are one studio. Not a franchise, not a location number. You will not be running someone else's playbook. You will be building the business. The role You are a revenue builder first. Memberships and packages keep this studio open, and hitting those numbers is how this role is measured. You are also a culture driver and an experience creator.

You lead from the front:

you carry your own membership numbers, work shifts, and reset a suite when it needs resetting. Sales and membership growth (50%) Own studio membership, package, and revenue targets, and hit them Generate and close your own memberships, leading by example Drive the full funnel from lead to intro session to enrollment to retention Run the founding membership campaign and fill the allocated spots Coach the team on membership conversations and follow-up discipline Own lead generation: grassroots marketing, local partnerships, community events Leadership and team management(30%) Recruit, hire, onboard, and train front desk associates and instructors Build a high-performing team culture and keep good people Build and publish the staff schedule two weeks in advance Manage call-outs and coverage gaps, including stepping in yourself Set goals, coach in the moment, run performance conversations Operational excellence (20%) Ensure the studio opens and closes on time, every day Own the class schedule, instructor assignments, and capacity Uphold hygiene, safety, and water quality standards Manage inventory, retail, supplies, and vendors What you need 2+ years of fitness, wellness, retail, or hospitality sales experience Proven track record hitting revenue or membership targets Previous management or supervisory experience Confident generating personal sales and coaching others to do the same Strong communication, highly organized, comfortable with data Availability across early mornings, evenings, and weekends CPR and AED certification, or willingness to obtain at our expense What we offer Base salary plus performance bonus tied to membership and revenue.
