Lead major projects with a national construction firm known for repeat business Large-scale builds across diverse industries like retail, entertainment, etc About Our Client Our client is a trusted general contractor with over 30 years of experience delivering high-quality construction projects. They focus on ground-up builds for sectors like retail, entertainment, self-storage, and more. With over 80% of their work coming from repeat clients, they emphasize long-term relationships and trust-driven partnerships. Job Description Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of ground-up construction projects valued between $1M-$30M. Supervise on-site superintendents and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation. Oversee subcontractor coordination, procurement, and quality control. Visit project sites as needed (travel about once a month for a few days).
