Pool Operations Supervisor / Pool Manager (Full-Time) - Stafford, VA We are looking for a reliable, hands-on Pool Operations Supervisor / Pool Manager to oversee operations at a community in Stafford, VA, with two pool facilities. This is an active leadership role focused on maintaining high operational, safety, and customer service standards throughout the season. What You'll Be Responsible For Oversee day-to-day operations at both pool facilities Supervise and support lifeguard staff across the community Ensure pools meet safety, cleanliness, and operational standards daily Assist with coverage and staff accountability Serve as the primary point of contact between HA Pools and community management Conduct regular site checks and maintain a strong on-site presence Handle resident concerns, incidents, and operational issues professionally Help maintain organized pool areas, equipment, and supplies What This Role Requires Ability to manage operations across multiple pool facilities efficiently Strong communication and leadership skills Ability to make decisions under pressure and solve problems quickly Willingness to be on-site, involved, and available when needed High level of accountability and attention to detail Professional attitude and strong work ethic Qualifications Previous lifeguarding and/or pool management experience preferred Lifeguard certification required (or willingness to obtain before the season) Reliable transportation Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed Strong organizational and customer service skills Compensation & Perks Full-time seasonal position Competitive pay based on experience Opportunity for growth within operations and management Supportive team environment
