VP of Sales Company Overview Premier Valve & Field Services, a Walworth Group company, provides industrial valve repair, maintenance, and field service solutions supporting oil & gas and industrial operations. The company focuses on delivering reliable, safe, and high-quality service execution to help customers maintain uptime and operational efficiency. With capabilities in both shop repair and on-site field service, Premier Valve partners with customers to support the full lifecycle of valve assets, reinforcing its position as a trusted service provider in demanding industrial environments. Position Overview The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth, developing strategic customer relationships, and expanding market presence within an assigned territory. This role ensures alignment between customer demand and operational execution, supporting the delivery of high-quality valve service and field solutions. This position plays a critical role in supporting company growth by strengthening customer partnerships, identifying new opportunities, and ensuring consistent commercial performance. Core Responsibilities Sales & Business Development Drive revenue growth through new business development and expansion of existing accounts Promote valve repair, maintenance, and field service solutions Identify and pursue opportunities within oil & gas and industrial markets Customer & Account Management Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers Serve as primary point of contact for assigned accounts Ensure customer satisfaction through responsiveness and solutionbased support Territory Management Manage and prioritize sales activities within assigned region Maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities Monitor market trends and competitor activity Operational Alignment Partner with Operations to ensure successful execution of customer work Align customer expectations with company capabilities Support coordination between sales and service teams Execution Discipline Maintain consistent followup, reporting, and pipeline management Support structured sales processes and forecasting Contribute to overall commercial strategy and growth initiatives Scope of Role Regional sales territory Key accounts and customer relationships Coordination with Operations, Sales Leadership, and Finance Leadership Expectations Resultsdriven and accountable for performance Strong customer focus and relationship management Collaborative across departments Proactive in identifying and closing opportunities Committed to representing the company with professionalism and integrity Compensation Structure Base Salary Competitive and aligned with market and experience Reflective of territory responsibility and revenue expectations Quarterly Incentive (KPO-Based Bonus) Performancebased bonus paid quarterly Tied to achievement of sales targets and key business objectives Candidate Profile 35+ years of sales experience in industrial, oil & gas, or servicebased environments Proven ability to generate revenue and grow accounts Strong communication, negotiation, and relationshipbuilding skills Selfmotivated with strong accountability and execution focus Work Environment Fieldbased role with travel within assigned territory Customerfacing with regular site visits Equal Employment Opportunity Statement Premier Valve & Field Services is an Equal Opportunity Employer and considers all applicants without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, or any other protected characteristic.
