Job Description

Overview The Club Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of our fitness facility. This individual will be responsible for ensuring exceptional member experiences, driving membership and revenue growth, maintaining facility cleanliness, and overseeing the scheduling of all gym-related business operations. The Club Manager will work closely with the facilities maintenance team to ensure the gym is always in functional and marketable shape and assist in coordinating janitorial supplies and equipment maintenance along with other tasks as needed and requested. Key Responsibilities Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting members, fostering a welcoming environment, and responding promptly to member questions and concerns. Build strong member relationships through daily engagement, encouragement, and accountability to support members in reaching their fitness goals. Provide a seamless new member experience by welcoming new members, scheduling fitness assessments, and assisting with on-boarding, training needs and ancillary services to members. Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary fitness facility by performing daily cleaning tasks throughout workout areas, locker rooms, restrooms, and common spaces. Conduct daily/weekly inspections of fitness equipment to ensure safety and proper operation, reporting maintenance needs and coordinating repairs as necessary. Help create a positive, professional, and safe environment by ensuring the facility is clean, well-maintained and ready to deliver an outstanding member experience. Pay:
$22.00 - $28.00 per hour
