Boys & Girls Club Activity Leader FLSA:
Non-Exempt
REPORTS TO
Club Director STATUS:
Part-Time (School-Year) Hours 20-30
Club Shift:
2:00PM - 6:30PM (additional hours may be available) Job Requires a Complete Background Check and Drug Screen Job Requires Fingerprint Clearance Card that will be paid for through payroll deduction.
JOB SUMMARY
Under the direction of the Club Director, you will plan, implement, and supervise activities. You will lead activities with school-age children that include arts and crafts, sports, games, field trips, while serving as a role model to our youth. You will be trained for success and potential career growth.

Job Responsibilities and Duties Assist Club Director in monitoring and maintaining a safe and clean Club Environment. Responsible for the organization of cleaning and office supplies. Assist with Club Activity Transitions. Assist with kitchen and snack programs. Support Club activities for safety and ratio purposes. Clean club on a daily basis. Other duties as assigned. Activity Responsibilities Classroom management with a ratio of 1:20 Deliver Club Curriculum as assigned by the Club Director Responsible for the maintenance, organization and cleanliness of program supplies and assigned activity spaces. Conduct the classroom in accordance with the Leader Handbook and Behavior greatness plan. Qualifications Experience working with youth preferred. High School degree or equivalent Minimum age 18 years old or older
