9190 E Talking Stick Way, Scottsdale, AZ Job Summary ATP Pickleball is seeking a driven and dependable Club Supervisor to serve as the on-site leader at our Scottsdale location. In this role, you will lead the front desk team, uphold operational and brand standards, and ensure a high-quality experience for our members. The Club Supervisor reports directly to the Regional Manager. This is a leadership development opportunity. We do not require prior management experience. We are looking to invest in coachable, accountable individuals and build them into strong professionals. Responsibilities Lead and oversee the Front Desk Leads, holding the team accountable to consistent performance and standards. Serve as the primary point of contact for member questions, feedback, and escalations. Maintain daily operational and brand standards at the Scottsdale location. Cover front desk shifts as needed to ensure the schedule is fully staffed. Support opening and closing procedures and day-to-day operational workflows. Qualifications Accountability, resourcefulness, drive, and coachability. Composure and professionalism when handling member situations and enforcing team expectations. Strong communication and organizational skills. Availability for a full-time schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed. No prior management experience required- we will train the right candidate.
Pay:
$42,000.00- $50,000.
