Camp Site Lead

Job Summary We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to serve as Camp Site Lead for different site locations (Bellflower, Elk Grove, Fresno, Lake Elsinore, Lancaster, Merced, and or Richmond). The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, along with experience managing teams in a fast-paced environment. The Camp Site Lead is responsible for overseeing daily operations, supervising staff, and ensuring a safe, structured, and high-quality program experience for all participants. This role serves as the main point of contact for staff, families, and partners, and plays a critical role in the overall success of the camp. Responsibilities Lead whole camp welcome, energizer, and activities. Oversee safety protocols including first aid procedures and emergency response plans to ensure a secure environment Foster strong relationships with children, parents, and staff by providing clear communication and compassionate support Maintain accurate records related to child progress, attendance, and incident reports Manage daily camp operations and schedule execution Supervise all staff (Lead Educators, Assistants, Site Support) Serve as primary point of contact for families and school/district partners Ensure student safety, behavior expectations, and program quality Lead daily staff check-ins and communicate updates Handle attendance tracking, incident reporting, and documentation Support logistics for materials, space usage, and transitions Oversee showcase/event coordination Experience Strong leadership and team management experience Background in youth programs, camps, or school-based settings Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment If you meet the qualifications and are interested in this exciting opportunity, please submit your resume and cover letter for consideration.
