What You'll Do As our Seasonal Wardrobe Manager, you'll lead all aspects of the wardrobe department—from costume standards and inventory to vendor relationships and team development—ensuring every performer looks the part from opening night through the final scare. Department Leadership Supervise, train, and mentor the wardrobe team, providing clear direction to ensure high performance and a positive work environment Oversee all team management functions including hiring, scheduling, coaching, and terminations in conjunction with HR Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, updates, and address challenges Costume Standards & Visual Approval Ensure all costumes and uniforms meet required standards of appearance, cleanliness, and functionality for each event Collaborate with the Creative Director to review and approve costume looks, maintaining visual consistency and quality Oversee costume fittings and alterations to ensure proper presentation throughout the season Scheduling & Time Management Develop and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage for all shifts, events, and production timelines Coordinate with the General Manager, Makeup Department, and other teams to align wardrobe preparation with overall production schedules Monitor daily progress and adjust staffing or workflows as needed to meet deadlines Inventory & Station Management Maintain inventory of all costumes, accessories, supplies, and equipment; order and track items to keep stock levels appropriate Keep all wardrobe workspaces, dressing rooms, and storage areas organized, clean, and safety-compliant Implement protocols for proper care, storage, and maintenance of all wardrobe assets Vendor Management Manage the full laundry vendor relationship—selection, contract negotiation, ongoing communication, and performance evaluation Address vendor issues promptly to maintain quality and timely delivery throughout the season Collaboration, Problem Solving & Safety Serve as the primary wardrobe point of contact during events, handling last-minute changes, repairs, and real-time logistics challenges Foster a collaborative, inclusive team environment across wardrobe, makeup, creative, and operations departments Uphold the highest standards of safety, hygiene, and professionalism in all wardrobe operations What You Bring Proven experience in wardrobe management, costume supervision, or a related field Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing a seasonal team Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Effective communicator and cross-departmental collaborator Experience working with vendors and managing service contracts Knowledge of costume care, maintenance, and industry best practices Availability to work evenings, weekends, and all scheduled event dates throughout the season Must be 18 years of age or older
Compensation & Employment Details Hourly Rate:
$20600 - $22000 based on experience, paid out biweekly

Work Schedule:
Evenings, weekends, and holidays required during operational season This is a seasonal/temporary position with an anticipated end date. Employment beyond the stated season is not guaranteed.
