Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities Manage daily operations of the aquatic facility or water park, ensuring guest and staff safety, and compliance with water health and safety standards. Monitor pool areas when needed, supervising large groups and enforcing facility rules to prevent accidents. Administer first aid or CPR when necessary and maintain compliance with all local, state, and national safety regulations. Perform additional duties as required to support facility operations.
Lifeguard requirements:
Must be 18 years of age or older. Must hold current American Red Cross Lifeguard/First Aid/CPR certification and/or Deep Water Certification Must be able to perform lifeguard pre-requisites (100-meter swim, 2minutes treading water). Must demonstrate the knowledge and skills to prevent, recognize and respond to aquatic emergencies. Must carry out the duties, direction, and assignment as requested by the Aquatics Manager. Must be available to work during weekdays and weekends and/or public holidays as needed.
