Full-Time Position Summary The Wellness Club Supervisor is responsible for leading the daily operations of the wellness club while driving membership growth, wellness service utilization, and member retention. This individual serves as the face of the club, ensuring every prospective and current member receives an exceptional experience. Success in this role is measured by outstanding customer service, strong sales performance, operational excellence, and the ability to build lasting relationships with members. Key Responsibilities Sales & Membership Growth (Primary Focus) Meet and exceed monthly membership and revenue goals. Conduct professional club tours that convert prospects into members. Follow up with all leads through phone calls, text messages, and email. Build relationships with prospective members and guide them to the membership that best fits their goals. Promote membership upgrades and wellness packages. Increase utilization of recovery services through education and recommendations. Drive retail sales, supplements, apparel, and wellness products. Train front desk staff on sales techniques and customer engagement. Track daily sales metrics, lead conversion rates, and membership growth. Participate in community outreach, networking events, and local partnerships to generate new business. Create an energetic, welcoming environment that naturally leads to referrals and repeat business. Leadership & Club Operations Oversee the daily operations of the wellness club. Supervise, coach, and motivate front desk staff. Ensure all opening and closing procedures are completed accurately. Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization throughout the facility. Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training team members. Schedule staff and ensure proper shift coverage. Resolve member concerns promptly and professionally. Member Experience Deliver an exceptional first impression to every guest and member. Build meaningful relationships that increase retention and referrals. Welcome members by name whenever possible. Ensure every interaction reflects the club's commitment to hospitality and wellness. Encourage participation in classes, recovery services, events, and community activities. Recovery Lounge Oversight Supervise the daily operation of the Recovery Lounge. Ensure recovery equipment is clean, sanitized, and functioning properly. Educate members on available recovery services and their benefits. Maximize recovery service usage through member education and recommendations. Coordinate equipment maintenance and inventory. Administrative Responsibilities Process memberships, payments, upgrades, and cancellations. Maintain accurate member accounts and records. Monitor inventory and order supplies. Complete daily reports and communicate operational updates to management. Assist with marketing campaigns, promotions, and club events. Qualifications 2+ years of leadership experience in fitness, wellness, hospitality, retail, or sales. Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals. Strong customer service and relationship-building skills. Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain). Preferred Qualities Results-driven and motivated by achieving goals. Confident in asking for the sale and closing memberships. Passion for health, fitness, and wellness. Positive, energetic, and professional. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate others. Excellent multitasking and time management skills. Physical Requirements Stand and walk for extended periods. Lift up to 40 pounds. Demonstrate wellness equipment as needed. Perform light cleaning and facility upkeep. Schedule Full-time (40 hours per week) Flexible availability, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays.
