2992008706-2 Apply for this job now Job Description Onelife Fitness is seeking a Lead Aquatics Technician to oversee safe, high-quality aquatic operations in a member-focused health club environment. In this role, you will supervise lifeguards and aquatics staff, manage daily pool operations, and ensure water quality meets all health and safety standards. You'll coordinate maintenance of pumps, filters, and safety equipment, perform chemical testing and adjustments, and support swim lessons and aquatic programming. Working closely with club leadership, you will help create a clean, efficient, and energetic aquatics experience that aligns with our health-focused, community-driven culture. Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of all aquatic facilities, ensuring a safe, clean, and welcoming environment Supervise, schedule, and mentor lifeguards and aquatics support staff Monitor water quality and perform or coordinate pool chemical testing and adjustments to meet health codes Coordinate pool maintenance, including pumps, filters, and safety equipment, with vendors or facilities team Support swim lessons, aquatic programs, and special events through setup, logistics, and staffing Conduct regular safety audits, emergency drills, and incident reporting for aquatic areas Collaborate with club management to optimize member experience and resolve aquatics-related concerns Maintain accurate records of inspections, maintenance, and compliance documentation Required Skills Aquatic facility operations Lifeguarding and water safety Pool chemistry and water quality management Equipment and basic mechanical troubleshooting Staff supervision and scheduling Safety audits and risk management Incident response and reporting Customer service and member relations Regulatory and health code compliance Basic computer and record-keeping skills
