Job Description

Assists in the management of daily golf operations by overseeing staff, coordinating tee times, tournaments, and outings, and ensuring exceptional service for all guests. Provides leadership through coaching, training, and adherence to operational procedures while partnering with other departments to ensure the successful execution of guest events and a first-class golf experience.
Essential Functions:
Provide exceptional guest service to all internal and external customers while creating a welcoming, professional environment. Manage daily golf operations, including tee times, tournaments, outings, and event coordination. Supervise, schedule, coach, and train staff to ensure efficient operations and exceptional guest experiences. Partner with other departments to ensure the seamless execution of tournaments, outings, and special events. Prepare event materials, merchandise displays, and timely tournament results while assisting with merchandise planning and inventory. Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training new team members. Demonstrate strong leadership, communication, organization, planning, and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment. Maintain knowledge of company facilities, services, activities, and special events to effectively assist guests. Ensure a clean, safe, and secure environment for guests and team members while following company policies and operational procedures. Perform other duties as assigned.
Required:
6 months of supervisory experience preferred Golf Operations experience preferred Must demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Must demonstrate organization skills and ability to multi-task.
