Camps Night Time Supervisor (2026 Summer) Saint Mary's College - 3.7 Notre Dame, IN Job Details Part-time 4 hours ago Qualifications Working with middle schoolers Working with students Working with youth Full Job Description The night time supervisor assumes responsibility for camp operations in the residence halls from 7:00 PM-7:00 AM when overnight camps are in session (Sunday night through Friday morning). This individual will manage issues that arise with our campers throughout the night. They will have staff support from the counselors in their building as well. This will include coordinating contact with the nursing staff, security, parents and camp staff members.
Position Duties:
Responsible each week for the supervision and safety of young women, ages 10-14, in the residence hall from 7:00 PM-7:00 AM Sunday night through Friday morning Serve as a liaison with security, nursing staff, and parents as necessary Supervisor at all evening activities, including the performance forum on Friday. Submit a nightly report of activities every morning at 6:00 AM Responsible for assisting directors/instructors with organized activities, talent shows, and evening performances. Must be present at the camper orientation to introduce to the students the rules and expectations of the dorm/hall in use Serve as a role model for young adults. Required attendance at Fine Arts Faculty/Staff Orientation a wrap-up session at the end of the program.
Minimum Qualifications:
College graduate with experience in working with young girls ages 10-14
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous camp experience helpful, preferably as a supervisor
