Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Golf Simulator Lead to oversee the operation and management of our state-of-the-art golf simulation facilities. In this dynamic role, you will be the driving force behind delivering exceptional guest experiences, ensuring smooth daily operations, and fostering a welcoming environment for golf enthusiasts of all skill levels. Responsibilities Manage daily operations of the golf simulator area, ensuring all equipment is functioning optimally and guests receive top-tier service Lead and execute, leagues, private lessons, and/or special tournaments to maximize facility usage and guest engagement Provide exceptional customer service by assisting guests with Trackman iO simulator setup, explaining game options, and addressing any technical issues promptly Oversee guest services including reservations, walk-in inquiries, and resolving conflicts or concerns with professionalism Handle transactions accurately during rentals or retail sales related to the simulator area Promote a fun, inclusive environment by engaging with guests of all ages, including working with children and adults, with demonstrations when needed Qualifications Proven experience in customer service roles within a resort or entertainment setting Minimum 1+ Years experience working at a golf course or simulator facility Knowledge of golf simulation technology and equipment maintenance is preferred but not required; training will be provided Excellent communication skills with an energetic approach to guest interaction Ability to handle cash accurately and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Job Perks Complimentary Golf Sim time Flexible Hours Potential for growth and extended training
